Be sure to drink plenty of water and make healthy food choices.Start healing your skin from the inside out because this is important.Hydrating your skin can be done by drinking plenty of water.By making healthy food choices, you also nourish your body and assist it in ridding it of toxin in the proper way and not through your skin.By choosing foods high in omega-3 fatty acids and anti-oxidants, you’re helping to keep your skin healthy and glowing with new skin cells.By consuming foods that are high in vitamin E, you can lessen the appearance of current acne scars.It’s best not to choose foods that contain a lot of preservatives or that come in a carry-out bag.

  5. Stay out of the sun – Although some unhindered sun exposure is good of our skin and bodies, this time should be limited.Make sure you wear UV protected sunscreen if you are out in the sun for long periods of time.
