Im only 18 so I dont have wrinkles, other than a few crows feet, but I heard its better to start using something before you get them rather than to wait after, right?
I do have slight acne, so nothing that will irritate that.
Im looking for something I can buy at walmart for no more than $15.
Im looking for products YOU have actually used, I know what is out there, but I want real testimonials for people who have ACTUALLY used the stuff. I can pick anything off a shelf that will say what I want, but I want to know beforehand that it is actually going to work before I waste the money on it… because anymore nothing good comes cheap !
Suggestion:
Under $15 is difficult, but maybe some of the St. Ives products.
