Anti-aging Creams for Mom..?

so i recently got a job & decided 2 buy my mom something nice with my first check. i decided i'd get her sum anti aging creams or something of that sort. but i dont know which ones are best. or that actually work. she's 50 and she wants 2 get rid of wrinkles around her eyes & basically the whole face. she also has dark spots that she doesn't like. so is there any that you guys have tried & reccommend ? oh and my budget is $100. thanks
