At What Age Do You Have to Get a Physical Examination?

I just turned 14 years old and I'm wondering at what age do you have to get a physical examination. I don't mean like the ears, throat, and eyes. I mean like your private areas. Do you get it when you are an adult or when you are still a teen?

Suggestion:

I'm not sure if you're a male or female… but as a female you're supposed to see your gynecologist for your first pap smear and exam at about 21 years old. :] So, adult.
