This is going to sound crazy, but try using Crisco as a moisturizer. I've read all sorts of reviews online from women who use it and some say it's even better than Creme de la Mer! I've been using it pretty regularly in the morning and at night (under make up or alone) and it's great! It gets rid of any rough or dry spots and doesn't make me break out at all. In fact, I think my skin's gotten better since I've started using it. Make sure that you get the vegetable shortening version, not the lard (that's what most people assume when you say Crisco). The vegetable shortening one just has different veggie oils in int though, so it's actually really good for your skin. I've started adding vitamin e oil to mine, a bit of a Clarins moisturizer that has SPF in it so I have a bit of protection.
Seriously, read reviews online. Just google "crisco moistuizer" and you'll see tons of stories. Give it a shot! It's dirt cheap – $4 for a huge tub. It's not exactly natural, but it's better than loading up on tons of chemicals. If you're looking for something strictly natural, try jojoba oil. It works really well as a moisturizer, I even use it to soften my hair. It broke me out though, so I'll only use it on my body. Give it a shot, everyone's different!
