Is it ever too early to start using anti-aging products?

I'm only in my early 20's but afraid that lack of sleep will age my skin, is it too early to start using anti-aging products?

I'm 18, and I live with my mom and uncle, and both are 40+ so all the moisturizers that they have, are anti-aging moisturizers. Is that bad for my face? Will it ruin my face in the long run? Or is it a good idea to start early?

How would a 24 year old start an anti-aging regime?

I do not think I am old at all, but I was told that beginning to care for my skin now will reduce signs of aging 10 or so years down the line. But, most anti-aging creams/regimes are marketed for people who are already in the more advanced aging process.
