Could Anti-aging Creams Help Treat Acne Scars?

I saw a commercial for Garnier's Ultra Lift Pro and it, like other creams, claims to lift and diminish the appearance of lines and wrinkles. Well, wrinkles are indentations in the skin and so are acne scars…so could an anti-aging cream such as the one I mentioned above help smooth the appearance of slight depressions due to acne scars? It also contains collagen, which might help to be able to rebuild damaged skin, but I'm not really sure if that works. I have a few acne scars on my cheeks that I am vain about, and I was wondering if this would be worth a shot and what would be a good cream to look into? Thanks!

Suggestion:

No.

Anti-Acne doesn't treat acne, either.

I'm talking for myself, since I get one tiny zit or none a month.

I only use Bath & Body gel, with washcloth.

Anti-aging is not good for you, they don't work.
The best defense is to stay out of the sun.
