For Those Who Love Natural Remedies, Skin Care is Exactly the Same.

Gradually there is a world wide movement towards natural remedies. Skin care included. People are starting to realize that natural products and natural remedies can work, and work well, and be safer.

50 or so years ago everyone went to the doctor because that was all there was, but now there is such a strong movement towards more natural remedies and products that many natural therapists are booked out.

But though this may be the case don’t be misled into thinking that all of these so called natural remedies or therapies work. Many do not. And there are so many examples of therapists touting natural remedies that aren’t natural and don’t work.

The same applies to skin care. Natural remedies for skin care abound, but some of them aren’t quite as natural as you may expect, and some don’t work quite as well as you would like.

But notwithstanding there are good reasons why people are turning to natural skin care products in droves. It’s simple. Many big name skin care products contain ingredients that are dangerous to your health. There’s many examples. Some of these ingredients are bad for your health, and some are even bad for your skin.

There are, for example, petrochemical products in many skin care products. Look for mineral oil in skin care products and you’ll find its quite common. Mineral oil is a petrochemical product. And it clogs the pores of your skin, potentially causing or exacerbating acne.

And some ingredients in many skincare products are even known to cause cancer.

So there’s good reasons to look for natural remedies for skin care. Products that contain naturally occurring ingredients that are known to be safe to use.

There are many skin care products labeled natural. However because there is no definition of what natural is, and because there is no requirement for the FDA to actually check to see if skincare products, including natural skincare products, are safe to use, there are still products on the market labeled natural that contain dangerous ingredients.

An example is tests done recently on products labeled “organic” that had 1,4 Dioxane in them.

So it’s not quite as easy as just buying a skin care product labeled “natural”. Some aren’t quite as safe as you would like.

On my website last week I set out a process that you can go through to find out how safe your natural skin care products really are.

So if you’re interested in natural remedies, and that leads you to buying natural skin care products, we suggest that the first thing you do is to read that article that we wrote for people like you.

As well as the process you should take to investigate natural skin care products I also tell you about which company, in my view, makes the best natural skin care products, and why.

Not all natural skin care products are created equal.
