How Can I Give Myself a Complete Makeover in About 3 Months ?

I have been wanting to change up my look for quite a while now, I look really young for my age (15) and I am sick and tired of being mistaken for a 12 year old whenever I go out. I have mid-length brown hair and dark brown eyes, what can I do to change my look? I am about 5ft2 and 97lbs, what kind of clothes would suit me ?

Suggestion:

It looks gorgeous if you just stay natural, people love that.
Just take care of your skin, hair and maybe alittle bit of makeup in the blue/green hues will look great with your eyes ,
Try bangs. Layered Hair etc. But remember First take care of your hair.
I wouldn't recommend makeup it can cause break outs, but if you really need it, and if your skin is clear then draw attention to your most prominent feature, try glasses.
Brown hair and eyes > blue/Green/Brown/White.

Theres lots of tests on the internet, check if you have a Warm or Cool Complexion.
Look at your inner wrists and check the colour, if they're Blue, you're cool. If they're Green, you're warm.

Believe it or not, Smiling makes a BIG difference! And is attractive. It makes you beautiful these little things make you attractive. It's your imperfections that make you beautiful!
