In the Comics they focus on his different ages individually but most of his major events happen while he is in a certain age group and that's what I`m looking for.and also does he age slower than Regular Humans? and How old is he currently (2010) after the events in Final Crisis?
Suggestion:
Batman`s age changes throughout the Comics.For the most part of it Batman is between the age of 27-39 from the First time he encounters the Joker to the events that happened in Final Crisis.But there are Comics that focus on the Middle Aged and older versions of him like The Dark Knight Returns for example
His Physical Appearance also changes through the Comics but for the most part he looks like a guy in his Early to Late 30`s

Wow, tough question. As a minor Bat-maniac I have thought about it a LOT, and trying to figure it out gives me a headache. Bruce is between 13 and 19 years older than Dick. Dick is in his mid-twenties in the comics, making Bruce somewhere between 38 and 45. Except… Bruce has the looks and muscle range of a man in his 20's or lower 30's. Despite being obviously human, Bruce seems to constantly remain the same age.
Like I said, it gives me a headache. Suffice to say Batman is the same age as Superman.
Judging by his masculine face and body, I would say 38 – 45.
