1] buy face wash, sunscreen, and moisturizer for your skin type [ normal, dry, oily, combination, sensitive ]
a] good moistuizer brands – Aveeno, Curel, L'oreal, Neutrogena, Olay
2] wash and sunscreen in AM
3] wash and moisturize in PM
4] exfoliate face once or twice a week with apricot scrub
a] I like St Ives
b] do whole body once a week too!
5] add eye cream in late 20s
6] eat well – avoid fried, fast, and junk foods – incl diet junk foods
7] drink 1/2 gallon of water a day
8] take a good multivitamin with minerals every day
9] don't smoke, take drugs, or drink to excess
10] maintain weight – gaining and losing causes sagging/stretching of skin
