Suggestion:
the problem may be that your cookies internet hystory and cashe are full…. go the the settings and go the the safari option and clear all three of these.. aslo a sencondary thing that may be is that if you have ios 4 double press the home button and clear all the multi-task apps . these can slow down the ipad and iphone overall . do these things and all will be well …. if not hold the stand by button and the homke button 10 senconds to reset it … this may help if the former does not good luck buddy
