I Want a Delicate Makeup Look?

I want a delicate or innocent or fragile however you want to describe it makeup look. I want to transform myself into something sort of like that. I don't want a very very natural look but i dont want a heavy look either. I'm a freshman so make it appropriate for that age please. All help is needed! Good details would be nice too!

I have skin on the fair side, freckles (that I don't want to cover) and hazel eyes and brown hair

Thanksss a bunch!

Suggestion:

When I think delicate makeup, cream blush always comes to mind. It's much better than powder blush for a natural, dewy flush. If you must, use powder. Just try to stay within a light pink to peach range. Don't swipe it towards your ear in long strokes. Applying it just to the apples of your cheeks would look really nice.

Curling your eyelashes really helps, too. And then you could add some mascara on top of that.

For your skin, try a transluscent powder (you don't want to cover up your freckles, right?)

And if you MUST wear eyeshadow, use a shimmery champagne, heather grey, or light brown shade.

good luck!

I would suggest using a tinted moisturizer (i.e. Laura Mercier), shimmery pink-toned nude shadow, smudged dark brown eyeliner, peachy-pink blush, and mascara.

If you have good skin leave it bare. If you want to cover a few places get a creamy, mineral based, brush on concealer that matches your skin tone or is slightly lighter. I like Mineral Effects which I bought at Sally's Beauty Supply. It blends really well so you can use it without having to put on a full face of foundation. If you want a dewy glow to your skin try a tinted moisturizer. Use a pink or peach cream blush on the apple of your cheeks if you want a little extra rosy glow to them. I usually skip this since I prefer minimum make up.
For eyes there are a few options. My favorite is a very light, off white eye shadow without shimmer. Combine this with curled lashes and mascara and your eyes will look wide open and very fresh and innocent. If you like color try a light shimmery violet shade to bring out your eye color. You can play with other colors too but keep them light and on just the lid. To up the innocence factor skip eyeliner or keep it very thin and close to the lashes. To add a little drama at night bring the color up above the crease and a little onto the brow bone and add eyeliner and another coat of mascara. If you need a quick but dramatic change from day to night go for black pencil liner and smudge it out. Works great for when you're on the go.
For lips you can stay super natural with just chap stick of a tinted lip balm. If you want to really make your eyes pop and kind of erase the lips put concealer on your lips, let it dry then outline and fill in with super light pink lipstick. This is great when you have glammed up the eyes a little. For the opposite effect try a bright pink or coral lipstick or lip stain with a little shimmer. Blot it and then put some lip gloss over the top. This looks awesome with the first eye look I told you about.
I hope you enjoy these simple, innocent looks. Have fun playing with it!
