Is It Good to Use Eye Cream at an Early Age?

i heard that even if you don't have wrinkles or lines around your eyes, it's never too early to start using eye creams to keep them hydrated.

i'm 18 and right now my eyes are okay, but i want to use eye cream if it'll be good for me now. is that okay?
