Is There Any Way for Me to Reverse the Effects of Aging?

Is there any way to reverse aging effects?
I am twenty years old and I already notice that I have big bags under my eyes. My skin certainly isn't healthy and I look around 25 years old. I would imagine that this can be explained by the fact I have smoked a pack and a half a day since I was fourteen. I also live a sedentary lifestyle, eat an unhealthy diet, and was formerly a drug addict. Is there any way for me to look my age and try and halt this aging process?

The good news is it's not too late and yes you can reverse the effects of aging. What you need to do is stop those bad habits today. You need to start eating 5-9 servings (1/2 cup each) of fresh fruits and vegetables, especially and blue/purple fruits which contain the highest amount of antioxidants. Second, you have to stop smoking as this breaks down the collagen in your skin and causes major wrinkling. Third, stay out of the sun and start using 30spf daily. The sun also wrinkles the skin and causes sun spots. Fourth, 20 minutes of walking 5 times a week can make your body healthier and make you look younger. Fifth, avoid drugs if you can. Drugs have major side effects which can exhaust your body and make you look older. Also remember that 8 hours of sleep is crucial for looking and feeling young.
