Apply sunscreen of high SPF in adequate quantity at least 30 minutes before you go out of your home. If you stay is longer, reapply sunscreen every two hours after you sweat heavily.

Don’t smoke:

Smoking can seriously affect your skin and makes you look older and dull. Do you want to get a wrinkled face? Smoking reduces the gap between the tiny blood vessels in the outermost layers of skin that lowers down the normal blood flow. Hence, the skin will not get oxygen and nutrients in the needed amount and becomes dull.
