Stop Blushing Tips

Facial blushing blushing is something every one has to deal with in situations that makes us feel embarrassed and shy, however for many some blushing can happen a lot more often making it a serious problem to their social lives.

However there are equally as many people who blush in the face in many other situations making the sufferer feel awkward and stressed about their blushing which in turn causes them to blush even more.

In technical terms, blushing is a physical reaction that gets triggered by an emotional response to one or more self-conscious thoughts.

For long time suffer of facial blushing the two biggest triggers are Anxiety and the fear of being judged. So what causes this anxiety and stress, well it usually steams from a low confidence and/or a low self esteem.

So the logical cure to facial blushing is building up you self esteem and self confidence. But what is self esteem and confidence, well self esteem is really the level of how much someone likes themselves.

While many people don’t like to admit they don’t like them selves and say they have a high level of self esteem, a good way to gauge it is to listen and observe your self talk. We all talk to yourselves everyday, some people bet them selves up saying “why did i do that” “I am so stupid”, etc if this is the case you need to stop this and start seeing the positive.

Confidence is a little different from self esteem as it is more related to competence. You may have heard a saying fake it till you make it. With confidence sometimes this is what you need to do, build it up slowly ans steady.

When you first leaned how to ride a bike I am sure you weren’t that confident, however after riding more and more you became more and more confident and competent. In fact now I am sure you can jump on your bike and not even think about it any more, You can probably do jumps and even ride with no hands.

This is how you need to build your self confidence, start small and work your way up.
