Suggestion:
Hydrogenated water is water that claims to contain elemental hydrogen.
Of course, elemental hydrogen is incredibly reactive and will immediately combine with itself to form H2, hydrogen gas. H2 is much lighter than air, and the second you open that bottle of water, it will escape harmlessly out into the atmosphere.
Of course, that's assuming it was in there in the first place, which it probably wasn't.
Anyone selling hydrogenated water is a snake oil salesman who's defrauding you by selling you expensive tap water.
