In fact they sell you dreams. They know the psychology of the women and they play with your feelings.
If you really want to look handsome and attractive even in advanced age then follow a good and strict diet daily. Develop a good sense of humor and refrain from anxiety. You'll say that staying away from anxiety is not always possible and I'll say that develop more Faith in your Savior. Anxiety strikes more whips upon you. The best way to remain always in shape is to remain contended.
