will the longevity pill be ready in my lifetime? i'm forty four. my grandparents lived to be eighty four, ninety and ninety three. they say on the internet nanomedicine will stop aging and reverse it in the mid 2020's but i've heard that scientists often say breakthroughs will happen much later than they really do. so what are my chances?

Well, they also said by the year 2000 we would all be driving flying cars, everything would be self cleaning, and humans would have colonized multiple planets. We are decades away from any of those occurring.
You probably would be more likely to hit the lottery or be struck by lightening than having an "aging" cure in the next couple of decades.
