25kbps == this means we wait ages for downloads arrgh
anways i finally convinced her to upgrade from a plan we signed up for over 3 years ago. It meant that we would pay the same rate, but the speed would be 6x fast which would roughly be 135kbps or around that right? its still downloading at a 45kbps, so its gone up but very minimal
How can i get it to go at speeds that it should be at?

kb? Are you running DIAL UP? If you are running dial up the max you will get is 56kb due to federal regulation but more closer to 49kb. If you are running dsl then you shoud get better speed than that.CALL your isp if you have dsl. You can not be running anything other then those since no one else sells in those slow speeds.
